ASOC-READY SPECIALISTS

The ASOC Ready process is a short-cycle approach to deliver appropriately skilled people into the jobs’ market based on directly identified business needs. It is not necessarily a once-off event, but a cog in a series of cogs that cumulatively develop an individual’s knowledge and skill. Here are the processes we follow to ensure the right candidates are placed at your organization:

• Identify the need: Unless the planned development process is embedded in the organisation’s needs it is likely to fail. For this reason, a strong business need has to exist and the business must be fully committed to the process.
• Talent Search: We initiate a search for potential recruits and compiles a list of candidates. We will run a selection process consisting of structured interviews, psychometric testing and entry- level competence tests to further refine the list of candidates.
• Gap Analysis: We use the Output Specification and Knowledge and Skill Analysis to compile a basket of performance-based competency assessments. The trainees are assessed to establish their entry-level competence.
• Training: We design an ASOC Ready Qualification and capture it into the t-LMS (Learning Management System). The trainees are then registered onto the t-LMS platform and enrolled onto the ASOC Ready Qualification. Trainees commence with training with an evaluation and monitoring from a ZTQ Administrator and Facilitator. Once the trainee has made great progress with all assessments required from them, we will trigger the deployment process with you, the client. Once a learner is 100% complete and competent on all their summative assessments, ZTQ Solutions will notify the learner, mentor and client company sponsor of the completion.
• Deployment and Mentor Support: Upon completion of the training process, we arrange a meeting between each mentor and his/her trainee(s) to discuss their operational deployment. At the meeting the trainee is introduced to their work-related objectives including performance expectations, standards, measurement methods, timeframes and resources needed. Trainees are deployed and commence work. When the trainee has met their work-related objectives, the mentor will inform us and we will arrange a joint final performance review, which will be conducted by the mentor with the trainee and ZTQ Solutions’ Administrator present. The client company will make a decision to either appoint the trainee or decline to appoint and communicate this to the trainee.
• Thrive and Grow: The client company will appoint the trainee and commence employer/employee relations as per their company policy. We will follow up on each learner every 6 months for a period of one year to gauge both the learner’s and the company’s level of satisfaction with the ASOC Ready process and the employee’s achievements.
